About Our Chief Medical Editor

Andrea M. Sattinger

Ms. Sattinger is a medical writer and editor, health educator, and health care advocate. She received an AB in Psychology and Art History from Ohio University, and an MS in Health Education from the University of Michigan. She has been writing and editing in health care and medicine for over 20 years.

The Sattinger Group has a particular interest in the areas of patient-provider communication, patient safety and quality improvement, medical anthropology, medical history, and professional and patient education.

Company History

The Sattinger Group (TSG), incorporated in October 1992, was begun in Atlanta as a one-

stop shop for projects from concept through writing, editing, design and printing.

Our clients include physicians and other

health care providers, organizations, and publications.

Ms. Sattinger now limits her work to freelance medical editing and writing.
